Bhekisizwe Mkhatshwa

Bheki is an investment professional with 10 years of experience, he began his career at Investec and later worked within the Private Equity team at the Public Investment Corporation before joining Sasfin Specialised Lending. He has extensive experience in a variety of debt (senior, mezzanine, leveraged buyouts, growth funding, working capital) and equity transactions, including deal origination, structuring, modelling and implementation. He has also project managed implemented transactions and has been involved in restructuring opportunities. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed his articles at Investec.
